The 8 tracks are recorded at 60, 80, 100, 100, 120, 140, 180, 200 beats per minute (BPM) in mp3 format.
Each track has a phrase of 16 measures (bars), which is repeated a few times.
The first 4 measures have a click on all 4 beats with an accent on beat 1,
The next 4 measures have a click on only the 1st and 3rd beats,
The next 4 measures have a click on only the 1st beat,
The last 4 measures have no click.
These practice tracks really make you concentrate on time keeping. When the click disappears in the last 4 measures, it feels like your best friend just abandoned you :)
